​Since starting my career in Silicon Valley as a software engineer, I’ve been passionate about supporting people in building leadership and technology capabilities. I’ve learned how to pivot intentionally into the leadership roles that I have today with the ups and downs of embracing the entrepreneurial spirit. I learned many key lessons that I wished someone had shared with me early on in my career. I also achieved the ultimate role of sitting on several public boards while still being an operator. So, it has definitely been a ride, and I feel like I’m just beginning.
